Kodak Names Jotwani to Lead Consumer Digital Businesses and Marketing

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) today named Pradeep Jotwani to lead its consumer digital businesses and corporate marketing efforts, effective immediately.

As President of Kodaka™s Consumer Digital Imaging Group, Jotwani will report to Kodak President and Chief Operating Officer Philip J. Faraci. The company also named Jotwani to serve as Kodaka™s Chief Marketing Officer, and in that capacity he will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Antonio M. Perez. The companya™s Board of Directors has elected him a Senior Vice President of the company.

Jotwani, 56, left Hewlett-Packard Company in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Supplies, Imaging and Printing Group. Under his direction, this business was the industry-leading supplier. Prior to that assignment, Jotwani was President of HPa™s Consumer Business Organization, which he formed. This organization represented HPa™s first formal sales and marketing organization focused specifically on the consumer market. He also served as HPa™s executive sponsor for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and founded hpshopping.com, the companya™s e-commerce store.

As President of the Consumer Digital Imaging Group, he will be responsible for Kodaka™s digital cameras, picture frames, pocket video cameras, kiosks, imaging sensors, consumer inkjet printers and the Kodak Gallery, the companya™s online photo service. As Kodaka™s CMO, Jotwani will be responsible for customer relationship management, brand management, business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, communications and public affairs, online commerce, and the companya™s website, [ www.kodak.com ].

Jotwani is a native of India. In 1975, he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and two years later, a Mastera™s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He received an MBA from Stanford Universitya™s Graduate School of Business in 1982. After 25 years at HP, and prior to joining Kodak, Jotwani served as an operating executive at a private equity firm, participated on several corporate boards, was a Leadership Fellow at Stanford Universitya™s Graduate School of Business, and lent his time to a series of civic and non-profit organizations. He continues to serve on the board of RealNetworks, Inc. (Nasdaq:RNWK), a pioneer of streaming media and a provider of network-delivered digital media products and services worldwide.
