







Andina Minerals Inc.-Announces Resignation of Keith McKay as Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 4, 2010) - ANDINA Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ADM) (the "Company" or "Andina") hereby advises that Mr. Keith McKay has tendered his resignation from the Company effective June 30th, 2010 to pursue another opportunity. Mr. McKay will continue on as Chief Financial Officer on a part-time basis for the period July 1st until September 30th, 2010 to facilitate an orderly transition to a new incumbent.
