Two Ranaz shareholders enter into a Voting Trust agreement

 MONTREAL, May 28 /CNW Telbec/ - Ranaz Corporation ("Ranaz") (TSXV: RNZ), a company specialized in the manufacturing and marketing of protein and dietary supplements, has been advised that shareholders Jean Bourassa-Marineau (and a trust he controls) and Wavon John Soileau (and a trust he controls) have entered into a voting trust agreement expiring no later than January 15, 2018 (the "Voting Trust"). Together, the parties to the Voting Trust hold a majority of Ranaz's outstanding share capital. Ranaz is not a party to the Voting Trust.
