ROCHESTER, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Michael Marsh as a Vice President of the company, effective immediately.

Marsh, 51, is general manager of Inkjet Printing Solutions in the Graphic Communications Group, a position to which he was named in January of this year. He rejoined Kodak in 2008 as chief operating officer of Inkjet Printing Solutions, which is based in Dayton, Ohio.

Marsh originally joined Kodak as an attorney in the Legal Department, following career stints in the Monroe County District Attorney's Office and in private practice. Between 1998 and 2000, he was the assistant to Kodak's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He subsequently held general management roles in Document Imaging and the former Health Group, which Kodak divested in 2007. Marsh left Kodak as part of the divestiture, and continued in a management role with Carestream Health, the successor business, until rejoining Kodak last year.

Marsh has a J.D. from The Cornell Law School and a B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York.
