STATE UNIVERSITY - State University unveiled a comprehensive expansion plan Thursday, encompassing a new 1,200-bed student housing complex and a substantial overhaul of its central dining hall. The $150 million project, set to commence in early 2027, represents a significant investment in the university's infrastructure and a direct response to the surging student population and evolving campus needs.
