Quantum Announces $1.8 Million Order for Natural Gas Storage Tanks for... -- LAKE FOREST, Calif., Feb. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

LAKE FOREST, Calif., Feb. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ QTWW ]), a leader in natural gas, alternative fuel systems and clean propulsion vehicle technologies, today announced that it has received a $1.8 million purchase order from a new customer that is a leading vehicle integrator of light duty trucks. Under the purchase order, Quantum will supply its ultra-lightweight Q-Lite™ compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel storage tanks for natural gas powered pickup trucks.
