Thor Announces Results Of Annual Meeting Of Stockholders -- JACKSON CENTER, Ohio, Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

JACKSON CENTER, Ohio, Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE: [ THO ]) today announced the results of voting at its annual meeting of stockholders held on December 11, 2012.  At the meeting, nearly 91% of the eligible votes were cast in person or by proxy for the election of three directors, the ratification of Thor's Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm and the advisory vote on executive compensation.

Based on the votes cast, on Proposal 1, 98.8% voted for the election of Andrew E. Graves as director, 97.5% voted for the election of Alan Siegel as director and 98.5% voted for Geoffrey A. Thompson as director.  On Proposal 2, the ratification of Thor's Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm, 96.8% of votes were cast for the proposal.  On Proposal 3, the Advisory Vote to Approve the Compensation of Thor's Named Executive Officers, 98.1% of votes were cast for the proposal.
