AERN.PK Board Of Directors Announces Change In Mgmt -- SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- AER Energy Resources, Inc. (OTC PK: AERN) announced today that the board of AERN.PK has accepted the voluntary resignation of its President and CEO on September 1, 2012 and appointed Teresa M. Jackson, AERN.PK's current Chairman as its interim Chief Executive Officer.

Stanley F. Wilson resigned to further pursue the practice of law after having served as President and CEO to facilitate the June 27, 2011 Nevada merger and the subsequent oil and gas acquisitions.

The board also announced the immediate search for a new CEO has begun.
