Dr. Leiber brings 30 years of global executive corporate finance experience to the table, as well as extensive contacts from his work at JP Morgan, Price-Waterhouse, Moody's-KMV and others. He is also a highly respected adjunct professor of finance at NYU Stern School of Business and the University of Luxembourg School of Finance.

Dr. Leiber will work primarily on corporate structure, reorganization and new business strategies.
