Cathay Forest Announces Resignation of Director
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 5, 2012) - Cathay Forest Products Corp. ("Cathay Forest" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CFZ) announces that Mr. John Duncanson has resigned effective December 31, 2011 from the board of directors of the Company for personal reasons. The directors and management of Cathay Forest would like to thank Mr. Duncanson for his contribution to Cathay Forest and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
