CHARLOTTE, N.C.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) has declared a 6.3% increase in the Companya™s regular quarterly dividend, to $0.17 per share from $0.16 per share. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2010. This marks the 34th consecutive year of dividend increases for Carlisle shareholders.
