NEW YORK, July 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- USSE Corp., (Union Square) (Pink Sheets: UCRP) today announced the acquisition of Emmy Award nominated Great Scott! Films Inc., as a wholly owned subsidiary of USSE Corp. 

As an independent production company, Great Scott! Films has had a reputation for cutting edge content and quality production in both the sports and lifestyle spaces. Great Scott! Films developed and produced shows such as "Moments of Luxury with Bill Stubbs" (in its second season on PBS), the action sports series "Methods...Chronicles from the Extreme" (set to launch January 2011 on Fox Sports Net) and "Thrift America" with Conde Nast. Union Square and Great Scott! Films are currently developing several new television and film projects. Management believes they have identified a sales and production slate with a potential to exceed $5,000,000 in revenue for 2010.
