Encore Brands Signs LOI for Distribution Rights and Equity Stake of Zephyr Gin

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - June 29, 2010) - Encore Brands Inc. (OTCBB: [ ENCB ]) ("The Company"), whose focus is on the creation and acquisition of unique beverage brands by leveraging a network of distributors and sales people, announced today that the Company and KSB Holdings ("KSB") have signed an LOI for distribution rights and equity ownership in its award winning gins. KSB premium gins, Zephyr Black and Zephyr Blue are currently sold in the United Kingdom and the United States. The brand will be a great complement to the brands in Encore's portfolio and fits within its business plan of attracting the next generation of drinkers.
