EVANSVILLE, Ind.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Accuride Corporation (OTCBB: ACUZ), a leading manufacturer and supplier of commercial vehicle components, today announced the appointment of Kenneth (Ken) Sparks to Vice President and General Manager Structural Products with accountability for Accuride?s Imperial and Bostrom business units. Sparks most recently served as Director of Operations for Imperial and Bostrom.

Sparks possesses over 35 years of in-depth organizational development, manufacturing, and product development experience. Prior to joining Accuride, Sparks was President of KS Management Consulting, LLC, a business management consulting company, and was President and CEO of Gibbs Die Casting Corporation. Sparks holds a BS in Material Science and Engineering and a MS in Industrial Administration from Purdue University.
