VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 23, 2009) - Crescent Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CRC) ("Crescent") has decided to extend the term of 1,879,000 share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") with an exercise price of $0.35 by one year. The Warrants were issued as a part of a private placement and would have otherwise expired on January 13, 2010. Subject to regulatory approval the Warrants will now expire on January 13, 2011. Insiders hold 10.6% of the Warrants. Warrants issued to agents as compensation in that private placement will expire on January 13, 2010.
