Woman wins house back after it was stolen through quit claim deed fraud

A woman in Florida successfully regained ownership of her home after it was stolen through a fraudulent quitclaim deed by a man named James Fahlman, who had previously been convicted of similar crimes. The woman, who had lived in the house for 20 years, discovered the theft when she received an eviction notice. With the help of her attorney, she was able to prove in court that she had not sold the property and that the signature on the deed was forged. The judge ruled in her favor, nullifying the fraudulent deed and restoring her ownership. Fahlman, who did not appear in court, now faces additional charges related to this case.
