MT. LAUREL, N.J., Nov. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Central European Distribution Corporation (NASDAQ: [ CEDC ]) today announced that it has engaged Houlihan Lokey Capital, Inc. as financial advisor to CEDC.
