American Fiber Green Products, Inc. Secures Boat Recycling Site

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - Jun 14, 2012) - American Fiber Green Products, Inc. (OTCQB: [ AFBG ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ AFBG ]) has secured a West Central Florida site to locate its proposed fiberglass boat recycling operation.

Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer, announced today that several formal and informal meetings with land owners and potential funding partners throughout the month of May and early June, have resulted in a land use agreement in the form of a lease with option to purchase up to 130 acres of property on rail in Mulberry, Florida.

AFBG Chairman Kenneth McCleave stated, "Continued interest in the company and the solutions we offer to address Florida's massive abandoned and derelict boat problem, particularly around the Gulf Coast, emphasizes the significant magnitude of the problem, not only in Florida, but in all coastal states. We have received numerous calls since our announcement of imminent creation of a solution which will serve as a model for other locations which can employ the technology of AFBG subsidiary Amour Fiber Core, Inc. We are confident that we will have the support of local and state government and leaders to expedite implementing our plans."

"I am pleased with the site selection for this project and the exceptional terms and conditions that substantially minimize our costs during the first 12 months of operation," AFBG President Hefner stated. Hefner continued, "We expect to make the site available to receive boats in early fall of this year."

AFBG will generate revenue from drop-off fees, transportation solutions, and in some cases, raising and removing boats from waterways. It is estimated that there are as many as 10,000 boats sunken in the shallow waters off the Florida coast and in the rivers and tributaries.
