In addition, VirTra has declared the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting as the close of business on April 20, 2012. Notice of the meeting and related materials will be mailed in late April.

VirTra's team is working diligently with the auditors with the objective to finalize the audit prior to the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
