(OTCQX: [ JCLY ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ JCLY ]) today announced that on January 20, 2012 the Company sold to 5818 Jefferson Realty, LLC one of its two remaining parking lots located in West New York, New Jersey. The lot was purchased for an aggregate gross cash purchase price of $375,000, less other normal and customary withholdings for real estate transactions of this type.
