(NASDAQ: [ REED ]), maker of the top-selling sodas in natural food stores nationwide, announced today that the Company's 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at the Company's executive offices in Los Angeles, California. The Company's board of directors established Friday, November 11, 2011, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting. A definitive proxy statement for the meeting was mailed to shareholders on or about November 29, 2011.
