PAWTUCKET, R.I.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--[ Hasbro, Inc. ] (NASDAQ:HAS) through its subsidiaries Hasbro SA and Hasbro UK Limited has obtained judgment in the United Kingdom High Court against 123 Nhrmittel and its UK supplier MAPS Toys for trademark infringement in relation to the use of aplay dougha on their Yummy Dough product.

Hasbro filed suit against 123 and MAPS Toys on March 24th 2010 and judgment was entered in favor of Hasbro. The Court found the defendants had infringed Hasbroa™s iconic PLAY-DOH trademark and had passed off their products as being connected in some way to Hasbro. In addition, the defendantsa™ counterclaim for invalidity and revocation was dismissed in its entirety by the court.
