



HANAM CITY, South Korea--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Dr. Young-Il Kim was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Leo Motors Co. Ltd., the operating Korean subsidiary of Leo Motors, Inc. (OTC: LEOM). Dr. Kim served as Chief Designer of commercial vehicles and concept vehicles at Ssangyong Motor Company before joining the Hyundai Motor Group in 1995. From 1995 through 2007, Dr. Kim held various positions of increasing responsibility under the Hyundai Motor Group umbrella, including Chief Designer at Hyundai Precision, Chief Designer & Senior Vice President at Hyundai & Kia Design Center, and Executive Vice President in Marketing for Brand & Design Differentiation between Hyundai and Kia Motors. From 2007 through March 2009, Dr. Kim was CEO and President of Innocean Corp., a Marketing Communication Company of the Hyundai Kia Group.
Dr. Shi Chul (aRoberta) Kang, the former CEO of Leo Motors Co. Ltd., will continue in his position as CEO of Leo Motors, Inc.
