MOBILE, AL--(Marketwire - January 4, 2010) - ThermaFreeze Products Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ TZPC ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ TZPCD ]), the maker of patented, innovative refrigerant products designed for use in the commercial shipment of perishables, and for use as a consumer compress and chiller products, today announced its movement into a new chapter in its corporate life as it completes the migration from developmental stage and into a revenue production stage. This transition is being marked by several new retail distribution agreements that have resulted in the commencement of product shipments to major retailers.

Over the past few weeks, ThermaFreeze Products Corp. has begun initial stocking shipments to several major food and drug retailers, including Duane Reed Drugstores, Shop-Rite and FoodTown, with several other retailers expected to begin accepting product over the coming weeks.
