(IWI Holding) (OTCBB: [ IWHLF ]) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% interest in Telava Networks, Inc. (Telava), a Nevada Corporation. The acquisition by IWI Holding fulfills Telava's strategic initiative to focus on the growing US and Asia markets. After the merger, IWI Holding intends to re-domicile to the State of Wyoming and carry on business as Unilava Corporation.
