SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 22, 2009) - P2 Solar, Inc. (OTCBB:PTOS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the formation of a Board of Advisors, (BOA). The Board of Advisors has been a key goal for the company as part of its strategic plan. Management has targeted 3 key advisors to the BOA this fall in order to help guide and advise the company. Currently the BOA will be actively involved with the process of launching and funding its first Solar Power Station in Punjab India.

Mr. Kryska - B.Sc., EE., P.Eng., brings 34 years of seasoned leadership experience in engineering, project management and product development. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 1975 with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. He has gone on to complete Graduate level courses in Engineering and Business Administration at University of Alberta and Carlton University in Ottawa.

Mr. Kryska has ownership and involvement in numerous companies. He is the founder, owner and currently Chair of Aerotek Engineering (1981) and Engineered Energy (E2) (2006). Mr Kryska has authored several patents and has successfully commercialized new products. He holds a key senior executive role and significant stake-hold in WPC an international steel distribution company doing over 70 million last year in sales. He is the owner of a real estate holding company, with bare land holdings and a shopping mall.

Mr. Kryska has done mergers, acquisitions and arranged financing deals in excess of 200 million dollars. He has led the due diligence, negotiation and legal teams for these large industrial deals and projects. He has held various executive, leadership and board roles including general management, research management and product development. Mr. Kryska has developed good analytical, engineering, negotiation and leadership skills. He has provided business re-engineering, product commercialization, and TQM services. He has demonstrated efficacy in cost management and maximizing ROI and sales for his own companies.

Mr. Kryska has served on various boards and two of his prominent board positions include the Board of Governors at a University of Alberta College and the Steering Committee for the Alberta Canada Fusion Energy Institute.

Mr. Kryska has an insatiable interest in engineering, physics, science, business and the martial arts. He lives in Sherwood Park with his wife Monica and four children.
