("LAMI") announced its control or direction of 5,000,000 common shares of TrueContext Mobile Solutions Corporation ("TMN"; TSX-V:TMN) owned by funds it manages. This represents approximately 15.4% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of TMN. The TMN shares were acquired through a private placement prior to TMN's recent listing on the TSX-V.
